The following sales and delivery terms apply to the purchase of physical products at Xsirius Books.
Xsirius Books is open 24 hours a day. However, it may happen that the store is closed due to maintenance or field work in eg Greenland.
You can only make purchases when the store is open and accessible. To shop at Xsirius Books you must be at least 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card. If you have not yet reached the age of 18, you can still buy goods, however, if you have obtained your guardian's acceptance or otherwise have the legal right to conclude the purchase.
When you make an order you will automatically receive a receipt for receipt of your order. There is only an electronic receipt for receiving your order. We therefore reserve the right to cancel the order as a result of sold out items, key errors, technical problems, delivery failures and the like. situations.

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after the order has been received.

We supply worldwide. Depending on the type of delivery chosen, a price is calculated based on country and number of books or other goods.
You have the right to cancel your purchase without justification within 30 days.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) gets the goods in physical possession.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

Return of goods and return costs

You must enclose a documentation of your purchase.
When you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, delivery costs will only be refunded if you cancel your entire order.

Testing the item
